2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account data (via Google Sign-in)

When you sign in with Google, we receive your:

• Full name
• Email address
• Profile picture URL

We do not receive your Google password. We store these details solely to identify your account and display your profile within the Service.

2.2 Trading data you provide

You may enter or upload trade outcome data (Real Risk Reward values — e.g. +2, −1) to run statistical simulations. This data is stored in your analysis history for up to 30 days and used solely to power the analysis features you request.

2.3 Simulation results

Parameters and results of your simulations are saved alongside your trade data for the same 30-day period so you can review past analyses.

2.4 Session data (cookies)

We use a single session cookie (an encrypted JWT token) to keep you signed in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function and does not track you across other websites. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to provide the Service you signed up for
• Consent — for optional features such as AI analysis of your results
• Legitimate interests — to maintain security and improve reliability

5. Third-Party Services

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and appropriate data protection safeguards. When your trade data is sent to the AI analysis feature, it is processed solely to generate the analysis you requested and is not retained by the AI provider.

6. Data Retention

• Analysis history — deleted automatically after 30 days
• Account data — retained while your account is active
• Session cookie — expires when you sign out or the token expires

7. Your Rights

Under PDPA (Thailand) and GDPR (EU/EEA), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for optional processing at any time
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

8. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your data at rest is stored in AWS DynamoDB (Singapore region) with server-side encryption. Access is restricted to authenticated requests tied to your account. We apply the principle of least privilege to all internal service permissions.

9. Children

Awenken Sim is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
